📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job postings and manage our ATS to attract and screen top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to hiring teams in a timely manner
• Coordinate offer letters, onboarding processes, and new hire paperwork using our HRIS
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing compliance issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
