📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and clean the pool area, including the pool deck, loungers, and poolside service area.
• Ensure the pool is properly stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Monitor water quality and chemical levels to maintain a safe and inviting swimming environment.
• Provide exceptional guest service, assisting guests with pool-related inquiries and requests.
• Promote the use of pool amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Proficiency in using pool maintenance equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid first aid certification is a plus.
