📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the IB/Cambridge Mathematics curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to help students understand and master mathematical concepts.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with teachers and other mentors to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in mathematics teaching.
• Participate in professional development activities and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching IB/Cambridge Mathematics or a similar curriculum, preferably with high-achieving students.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Passion for inspiring and mentoring students.
