📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Design and implement training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies that align with their business goals.
• Use HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft Teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management, organizational development, or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Experience working with clients across different industries, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
