📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs using our in-house Property Management System (PMS)
- Manage room inventory and maintenance requests
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist with deep cleaning and turnaround procedures
- Support housekeeping supervisors with inventory and scheduling
- Learn and apply industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hospitality
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
