📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics professionals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain processes are running smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing warehouse and logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
