📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and candidates in Bali.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from clients and candidates.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Create and maintain a positive and engaging customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Contribute to the overall success of RecruitFirst in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.
• Passion for travel and culture, with a desire to work in Bali.
