As an HR Recruitment & Training Development Specialist at Kencana Print, you will work closely with our leadership team to understand our business needs and translate them into effective recruitment and training strategies. You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Teams to streamline our hiring processes and employee development initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors to manage recruitment and training data efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training development, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficiency in using tools like SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
