📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ATM systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and malfunctions promptly.
• Monitor ATM transactions and system logs to identify and address any irregularities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to implement software and hardware updates and upgrades.
• Provide on-site support and assistance to bank staff and customers regarding ATM operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff on ATM maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Document all maintenance activities and incidents for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for ATM maintenance and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ATM maintenance and technical support.
• Certification in ATM maintenance and security (e.g., ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold) is a plus.
• Proficient in using ATM maintenance tools and software, such as ATMOS, NCR, or Diebold.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
