🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial inclusion, community banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
