Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement effective team management strategies to improve productivity and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at meetings and events as needed.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
