📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Organize and plan staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.,Promote a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
