📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support various departments with shared services functions, including but not limited to finance, HR, and operations.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of shared services processes and systems.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shared services activities.
  • Assist in the resolution of shared services-related issues and queries.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a shared services or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with shared services software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
