📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Prepare and review budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
