📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach efforts,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and partnership initiatives,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's reach and visibility

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and partnership development, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or tech industry,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with Bali's business landscape and industry trends,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
