Root Life Berjaya is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for helping employees succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
