Oversee the production line to ensure efficient and safe operation,Manage production schedules and meet production targets,Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications,Troubleshoot and resolve production issues,Maintain and repair machinery and equipment,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes,Monitor production costs and identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards,Experience with machinery and equipment maintenance and repair,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus
