As a Medical Sales Officer at Sekarguna Medicals, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in the Bali region. You'll engage with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of medical equipment and supplies, you'll build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals that benefit both your clients and our company.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the Bali region.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the healthcare equipment or supplies industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and supplies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
