📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in trade shows, promotions, and other sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market is a plus.
