📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage graphic design projects from conception to completion.,Mentor and guide junior designers to improve their skills and performance.,Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders.,Ensure all design work meets quality standards and deadlines.,Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.,Proven experience as a lead designer or team lead in a creative agency or similar organization.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
