As a KOL & Talent Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing KOLs and digital talents who align with our brand’s values and goals. You will work closely with our content creators, influencers, and marketing team to ensure seamless collaboration and maximum impact.

With a competitive salary ranging from Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 8,000,000 per month, this role offers both professional growth and financial rewards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and onboard top-tier KOLs and digital talents.
• Develop and implement strategies to source and attract high-quality talent.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align KOLs and talents with brand goals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs and digital talents.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on KOL and talent activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and talent acquisition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.
• Leverage social media platforms and other digital tools to engage with KOLs and talents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in identifying and managing KOLs and digital talents.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
