📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Provide personalized service to clients, including greeting, assisting with requests, and ensuring their comfort.,Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.,Manage the inventory of supplies and ensure they are stocked and organized.,Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle for business purposes.,Professional and courteous demeanor.
