📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
