📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all food products are prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure that store operations align with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
