Sparc Properties and Realty Corporation is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor Team Leader to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.,Oversee the cost management and control processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and contractual agreements.,Provide expert advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders on cost-related matters, including value engineering and cost optimization.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to cost and schedule targets.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, cost performance reports, and variance analyses.,Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and risk management plans.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.,Professional membership with a recognized institution, such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Association of Quantity Surveyors (AQS).,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry practices, regulations, and tendering processes.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
