📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant learning materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training records and reports.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or a related field is a plus.
