Zone Byte Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Warehouse Staff to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
