📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Document IT processes and procedures
- Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users
- Participate in system backups and disaster recovery exercises
- Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory
- Support the IT team in project management and coordination
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT operations and networking concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar IT service management tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
