CIRCUIT Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing logistics processes. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The position offers a competitive salary package of Rp 12.000.000 – Rp 14.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve performance.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report findings to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
