📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee development through training and performance management.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.,Provide HR support to managers and employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
